The client required a bespoke, low maintenance, high quality automated vehicle gates to replace their existing rotten solid wooden gates. It was crucial that the entrance was in keeping with the stonework surroundings and offered them peace of mind for a long-lasting installation.

Somerset

This project was installed last winter in Somerset, which included supply and installation of composite infill automated vehicle gates at a residential property for aesthetic & security purposes. It was important this project gave the customer long lasting, durable, low maintenance gates after the issues they had with solid wooden gates. It was also paramount the gates looked good whilst offering this.

The gate design is constructed using steel hollow section for the framework and then cladded with a high-quality E-Composite Board this was shown on CAD drawings prior to manufacture. The high quality & low maintenance gates finishes off the entrance in keeping with the stone surroundings and the clients’ requirements. The customer opted for 7016 Anthracite Grey for the steel works and used ‘Silver Birch’ for the composite boards.

This gate will be operated by remote fob controller & a GSM intercom with built in keypad. This allowed the clients to grant entry to visitors using their mobile phone even when they weren’t at the property. This gave them control and ease of operation no matter where they were. The built in keypad granted access to ‘trusted users’ using a 4-digit code. This is very popular within the gate industry.

Installation consists of:
